About these Terms

These Terms govern access to labi.mov. By creating an account or using a signed-in feature, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use signed-in features.

labi.mov is operated from Bulgaria. Contact: hi@labi.mov.

Who can use labi.mov

You may watch public content without an account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Account creation requires a valid referral code during the invite-only period.

Information you provide must be accurate. Keep your password, authenticator, recovery codes, and passkeys secure. Tell labi.mov promptly if you believe someone else accessed your account.

Your account and channels

An account can own one or more channels. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the people you authorize to use it. Handles may be changed or reclaimed when needed to address impersonation, abuse, legal claims, or service operation.

Referral codes cannot be sold, traded, automated, or used to create deceptive or abusive accounts. labi.mov may limit, disable, or revoke codes used for abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it.

You give labi.mov a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transcode, create thumbnails and captions, distribute, display, and technically modify your content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote labi.mov. The license ends when the content is deleted, except where a copy must be kept for a legal duty, dispute, backup cycle, or documented legal hold.

Public content can be watched and embedded by other people. Unlisted content can be watched by anyone with the link. Private and unlisted content can still be accessed by authorized moderators and administrators for review, support, safety, and legal work.

Content rules

Do not upload or use labi.mov for content or conduct that:

• is illegal or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers a child;
• infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
• contains malware, credential theft, malicious redirects, or instructions intended to damage the service or another person;
• harasses, threatens, impersonates, doxxes, or unlawfully discriminates against a person;
• is spam, fraud, manipulated engagement, or deliberately deceptive metadata;
• is mass-produced, repetitive, or misleading generated content that provides little original value; or
• tries to bypass moderation, rate limits, access controls, upload limits, or account restrictions.

Generative AI is not prohibited by itself. Limited use for editing, stock material, translation, accessibility, or creative work may be acceptable. Watermark or provenance signals are evidence for review, not automatic proof of a violation.

Upload review and moderation

Uploads normally require staff approval before publication. Trusted channels can publish without review. Submit scheduled videos early enough for staff to review them before the publication time.

Automated systems can check files, metadata, Content Credentials, watermark signals, spam patterns, and account risk. Human moderators can approve, reject, restrict, restore, or remove content. Staff can also edit metadata, limit account features, place a legal hold, or disable an account when needed to enforce these Terms or the law.

Use Support to challenge a moderation decision. Include the content URL and explain why you believe the decision should change.

Recommendations and search

Recommendations use your viewing, reactions, follows, saves, comments and feedback, alongside a video's topic, age and popularity. Search results prioritize relevance. Watching your own videos does not increase their public view counts or recommendation ranking.

Use "Not interested", "Don't recommend this channel", blocks, follows and reactions to influence your recommendations.

Memberships, uploads, and payments

Memberships renew monthly until canceled. A €1 monthly membership unlocks eligible custom channel HTML and CSS. A €3 monthly membership includes a 15 GB monthly upload allowance. Each additional euro adds 5 GB to that monthly allowance. Staff overrides and referral rewards can change access independently of a membership.

Stripe handles membership checkout and billing. The price, taxes, renewal interval, and payment details are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a membership from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right. If EU or Bulgarian law gives you a right to withdraw, a refund, a remedy for non-conforming digital service, or another protection, that right still applies.

Creator earnings and payouts

Studio may show estimated creator allocations. Estimates are not a guaranteed balance. Payouts require the displayed eligibility conditions, identity and payment-provider checks, accurate payout information, and compliance with these Terms. Refunds, disputes, fraud, fees, taxes, and calculation errors can reduce or reverse an amount before payment.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to creator earnings. labi.mov may delay a payout while investigating fraud, ownership, sanctions, legal process, or a payment-provider restriction.

Copyright and reports

Use the report and Support tools to identify content that you believe infringes your rights. Provide the content URL, the protected work, your contact details, and an honest explanation of the claim. False or abusive notices can lead to account restrictions and may have legal consequences.

labi.mov may remove or restrict disputed content while a claim is reviewed. Repeated infringement can result in channel or account deletion.

Deletion and suspension

You can schedule account deletion from Settings. The account is signed out and normally deleted after 30 days. A successful sign-in during that period cancels deletion. Staff-deleted channels are hidden immediately and normally deleted after 30 days.

A legal hold can pause deletion when records are needed for a dispute, safety issue, payment matter, or legal duty. labi.mov may suspend access immediately when necessary to prevent harm, secure the service, follow a legal order, or address a serious violation.

Service availability

labi.mov is under active development. Features can change, fail, or be unavailable. Keep your own copy of important content. Private or unlisted video is not a substitute for a private backup service.

To the extent allowed by law, labi.mov is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. This does not limit mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsibility for loss

Neither side excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or any mandatory consumer protection.

Law and disputes

Bulgarian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available where you live. Try contacting hi@labi.mov first so the issue can be resolved directly.

Changes

labi.mov may change these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be explained in advance when required by law. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means the new Terms apply, unless the law requires a different form of agreement.
